Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Health Life Science Program Executive to lead large, complex Professional Services programs from strategy to value realization. You will guide customers and executives to align objectives, governance, and KPIs, leveraging AI and Salesforce capabilities for transformative outcomes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage risk, and drive adoption of Salesforce technologies across enterprise healthcare and life sciences customers.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will bring a diverse IT and/or Management Consulting background and knowledge of industry trends.
• Demonstrated ability to craft innovative, forward-looking strategies for IT strategy and governance.
• Experience leading large, multi-geography programs with executive-level impact.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales, Success, Technology & Product, and Support to deliver complex professional services programs and drive adoption.
• Communicate with client and Salesforce executives on governance, expectations, and risk.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery and manage contractual commitments and changes.
• Drive transformational changes to meet customer objectives using deep domain expertise.
• Lead and coach Salesforce Professional Services teams to deliver value.
• Develop and refine internal processes, artifacts, and governance for strategic customers.
• Align program outcomes with executive KPIs and governance practices.
