Qualifications

• 10+ years using/implementing Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) or equivalent.
• Proven track record leading large, complex programs with measurable value.
• Ability to advise executive sponsors and manage multi-geo teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex professional services program delivery end-to-end.
• Governance, risk, and KPI alignment at executive levels.
• Coordinate with Sales, Success, Technology and Product teams.
• Drive customer outcomes, value realization, and adoption.
