Salesforce Health Life Science Program Executive position leading our largest professional services programs. You will drive governance, strategy, and KPI alignment to realize value for customers and guide executive-level engagements.

The ideal candidate blends IT/management consulting experience with deep Salesforce product knowledge, leading cross-functional teams across geographies and delivering measurable outcomes with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

10+ years using/implementing core Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
5+ years leading a team of 40+ across geographies and workstreams.
Experience delivering large, complex programs with measurable business outcomes.
Strong governance, risk management and financial management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage complex professional services program delivery.
Communicate with the client and Salesforce up to the CxO level on expectations, governance and escalation.
Oversee end-to-end service delivery and ensure contractual commitments are met.
Drive transformational changes to achieve customer objectives.
Lead and coach Salesforce Professional Services team to uplift skills.
Define and implement foundational program management processes and forecasting.
