Responsibilities

• Work with Sales, Success, Technology & Product, and Support to deliver complex services programs and drive adoption.
• Communicate with client and Salesforce executives on expectations, governance and risk during delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery and manage contractual commitments.
