Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; public health related preferred.
• Three+ years of healthcare data management experience.
• Experience with HRSA Ryan White program reporting requirements.
• Experience with CAREWare or similar Ryan White data systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of HRSA HAB performance measures and Ryan White legislation.

Responsibilities

• Ryan White Part A data designee responsibilities and HAB reporting compliance.
• Maintain data collection, validation, and integrity of client-level and service utilization data.
• Monitor HRSA HAB performance measures and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain data quality policies; conduct data quality assessments and reconciliations.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc statistical reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Support Clinical Quality Management (CQM) and quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate staff training on Ryan White data requirements and data systems.
• Support monitoring activities, site visits, and reporting documentation.
