Job summary

Florida Department of Health in Daytona Beach seeks a Senior Human Services Program Specialist to manage Ryan White casework, conduct intake and re-determination, and coordinate with the clinical team.

You will maintain CAREWare and related program data, complete required reports, provide HIV education and referrals, and ensure confidentiality and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HIV/AIDS program and related services.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
• Willingness to come to the office to perform duties.
• Current authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conducts face-to-face interviews to determine eligibility for Ryan White core services.
• Maintains client data in CAREWare, HMS, ADAP (Provide), FLMMIS and related systems.
• Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports for supervision.
• Coordinates client care with the DOH-Volusia clinical team.
• Provides HIV education and referrals to clients.
• Provides staff training on Ryan White Case Management and eligibility processes.
