Fulton County Board of Health seeks a Database Analyst 3 to manage Ryan White Part A data, ensure HIPAA compliance, and produce high-quality reports for program operations and decision-making. You will lead data quality efforts, coordinate training, and collaborate with multiple teams within Medical & Preventative Services.

Prerequisites include a public health background, advanced Excel, and experience with CAREWare or similar data systems; strong analytical and communication skills are

Qualifications

• Public health data management experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel and data reporting skills required.
• Experience with Ryan White program data reporting.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the agency's designated Ryan White Part A Data Designee.
• Oversee data collection, validation, and integrity of client-level data.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc statistical reports and dashboards.
• Support quality improvement and performance measurement initiatives.
