The Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH) Coastal Health District is seeking a Business Support Analyst to manage HIV data systems, ensure data integrity, and support HRSA reporting. The role focuses on CAREWare, VHN, and related EMR platforms to drive program performance and reporting accuracy.
You will collaborate with clinical staff and case managers, track outcomes, and assist with federal grant reporting while upholding HIPAA and district policies.

All Coastal Health District County Health Department employees are deemed essential employees in the event of an emergency. As such, you may be called on to participate in an event not limited to but including, staffing a shelter, a Specimen Point of Collection Site (SPOC) and/or Point of Dispensing site (POD). When you are called on to participate, you are expected and it will be a part of your job requirement to participate, whether the emergency occurs during or outside regular work hours.
Business Support Analyst position is critical for the program and the duties will focus on managing, analyzing, and reporting data related to HIV care, specifically using systems like CAREWare and VHN (Virtual Health Network) or Pantagonia to ensure compliance with Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) requirements. The selected staff will be tracking patient outcomes, ensuring data integrity for federal and State reporting, and supporting clinical staff in delivering high-quality HIV care.
Associate degree in Business or related field from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of experience related to area of assignment.
