Job summary

Fulton County Board of Health is seeking a Data Analyst 3 to manage Ryan White Part A program data. The role focuses on data integrity, reporting, and quality across program operations.

Responsibilities include leading data collection, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and generating timely reports to support strategic decisions and program improvements. Requires strong data management and analysis skills within a public health context.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED with 5 years related experience, or 2 years at Database Analyst 2 (ITP131) or equivalent.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Information Management, Epidemiology, or related field.
• Experience with HRSA Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program reporting requirements preferred.
• Experience with healthcare data management and data quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the agency's designated Ryan White Part A Data Designee.
• Oversee the collection, validation, maintenance, and integrity of client-level and service utilization data.
• Monitor compliance with HRSA HAB reporting requirements and timely submissions of data.
• Maintain data systems supporting eligibility, service delivery, outcomes, and program performance.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in data handling and documentation.
