You will track outcomes, validate data, and support clinical teams to maintain high-quality HIV care.

The role emphasizes data integrity, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with case managers to optimize program performance and reporting accuracy across Ryan White grant deliverables.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business or related field with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Preferred: degree in computer science, public health or related field.
• Experience with CAREWare, VHN, EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage, analyze, and report data related to HIV care using CAREWare and VHN.
• Track patient outcomes and ensure data integrity for HRSA and State reporting.
• Support clinical staff in delivering high-quality HIV care.
• Produce HRSA and State reports (RSR) and monitor program performance.
• Ensure data validation and HIPAA compliance.
