Ladders is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Health Coaching to guide cross-functional program execution and governance for a health coaching initiative in a remote US-based role.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of program management experience, data-driven decision making, and MBA; PMP/CSM certifications are a plus. Compensation ranges from $161,920 to $202,400 annually with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 10+ years of program management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• MBA or Master's degree in a related field preferred
• PMP or CSM certification preferred
• Healthcare-related certification or license preferred
• Lean or Kaizen certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage the strategic roadmap and program governance plans
• Develop solutions and establish delivery and completion dates
• Proactively identify and resolve issues affecting member experience
• Build relationships across teams to support roadmap execution
• Facilitate decision-making and alignment among stakeholders
• Analyze data to identify process improvement opportunities
• Drive ongoing program improvements based on feedback and metrics
