Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of program management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Health Coaching's strategy and business planning with data-driven improvements.
• Translate priorities into actionable operating plans and milestones.
• Partner with Care Delivery, Clinical, and Engineering/Product to advance roadmaps.
• Document governance plans, schedules and success criteria; manage programs end-to-end.
• Identify risks, propose mitigations, and communicate with stakeholders.
