Job summary

Omada Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Health Coaching to lead strategy, planning, and data-driven improvements. You will translate priorities into actionable operating plans, drive cross-functional initiatives, and improve coach and member outcomes while optimizing costs to serve.

You will partner across Health Coaching, Care Delivery, Clinical, and the broader company, bringing structure to complex challenges and delivering on the roadmap with disciplined problem solving and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
10+ years of program management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Manage strategic roadmap and governance plans.
Translate priorities into actionable operating plans with milestones.
Partner with Health Coaching, Care Delivery, Clinical, and broader teams to drive initiatives.
Lead end-to-end programs and drive continuous improvement.
Develop data-driven recommendations and communicate tradeoffs.
