McKesson Corporation is seeking a Senior Account Operations Manager for the PA Network to manage complex customer relationships and ensure program performance for CoverMyMeds solutions. You will be the primary operational contact for a portfolio of pharmacy clients, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver expected outcomes.

The role emphasizes data fluency, issue resolution, and proactive communication with customers and internal partners to drive value and contract adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in account operations, account management, customer success, sales or related client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operational contact for a portfolio of complex customer accounts.
• Manage 15–25 customer accounts with attention to contract terms and program performance.
• Partner with pharmacy clients and vendor platforms on prior authorization services.
• Support customers using CoverMyMeds prior authorization solutions and Relay Health switch.
• Execute contractual deliverables per terms, timelines, and billing expectations.
• Act as escalation point for program concerns with internal partners as needed.
• Use data and program insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead or participate in customer meetings and business reviews.
• Maintain account plans and customer information in Salesforce and internal tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Promote process improvements and manage operational risks for customers.
