Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation for Self-funded New Business Clients.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and address implementation issues to satisfy or exceed expectations.
• Act as single point of contact for benefit plan implementation.
• Coordinate resolution of all project deliverables and tasks.
• Develop and execute implementation strategy consistent with customer expectations.
• Ensure strategy aligns with performance guarantees.
• Engage team members to fulfill responsibilities.
• Assess client-requested exceptions and propose alternatives.
