Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is hiring a Business Analytics Specialist to support reporting and data analytics for provider digital tools. The role partners with the Provider Digital team to deliver insights that drive value and inform decisions across the digital portfolio.

You will perform data analysis, build predictive models, and develop performance metrics while coordinating with stakeholders across multiple projects in a fast-paced health care environment.

Qualifications

• Business experience leading analysis, ad-hoc data analysis, recognizing trends and initiatives with track record of business impact.
• Proven experience with SQL, Tableau, Alteryx/Dataiku, QuickBase, and PowerBI.
• Ability to communicate statistical and technical ideas and results to non-technical clients in written and verbal form.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in a data warehouse environment as well as the ability to work with large data sets from multiple data sources.
• Proven experience eliciting, documenting, and validating reporting requirements through interviews, workshop, and collaborative sessions with stakeholders at varying levels.

• Support reporting and data analytics for provider digital tools.
• Collaborate with internal clients to identify opportunities for data solutions.
• Develop predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data rereports, and performance metrics.
• Assist in implementing information strategy and information products to meet objectives.
• Structure data analyses to drive insights and analytical solutions.
• Coordinate multiple analytics projects with stakeholders across teams.
