Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with 2 years of healthcare, statistics, or insurance economics experience; or 6 years in a related role.
• Strong ability to query varied data sources to derive meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python for data analysis.
• Experience building dynamic dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to work independently and with teams.
