Job summary

Alfa Laval in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, is seeking a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team. You will perform advanced welding tasks, interpret blueprints, and fabricate metal structures using MIG, TIG, flux core, and stick processes while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

You will work with carbon, stainless, and aluminium steels, operate fabrication tools, and support training of entry-level welders.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED plus relevant welding experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience with multiple welding and cutting processes.
Manufacturing experience required; industry background preferred.
Proficient in MIG welding and oxyacetylene torch use.
Skilled in basic math and tape measure reading.
Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform advanced welding tasks to fabricate and assemble metal structures per specs.
Interpret blueprints and follow weld procedures.
Operate grinders, plasma cutters, drill presses and other fabrication tools.
Inspect welds for quality and maintain safety protocols.
Train entry-level welders and assist continuous improvement.
Maintain clean and organized work area; support material handling.
Crosstrain across departments.
