Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. seeks experienced Heavy-duty Class 8 Diesel technicians to diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems on Mack, IHC, Autocar, Heil, and McNeilus fleets.

Position offers a retention bonus up to $7,500, monthly tool allowance, boot allowance, and in-house training with advancement opportunities. Excellent benefits including health, dental, 401k, and PTO are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to diagnose and repair engine, transmission, brake systems.
• Experience with heavy-duty trucks (Mack, IHC, Autocar, Heil, McNeilus).
• Familiar with OSHA safety requirements for vehicle fleets.
• Willing to obtain/maintain ASE certifications within 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose fleet of refuse and recycling vehicles.
• Maintain and repair trucks and equipment across brands.
• Support coworkers and maintain safe, efficient workmanship.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and timely.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and keep work area clean.
