Waste Pro USA is seeking Diesel Technicians to service heavy and light‑duty trucks, including models from Mack, Freightliner, Peterbilt, McNeilus and Heil. The role offers strong hourly pay, a retention bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair heavy- and light-duty diesel trucks.
• Knowledge of suspension, brake, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to interpret diagnostics and service manuals.
• Welding and fabrication may be required.
• ASE certification support and tool allowance efforts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses mechanical problems and repairs to maximize safe operations.
• Communicates with managers/drivers about vehicle issues.
• Completes all required paperwork timely and concisely.
• Follows all safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area.
• Utilizes vehicle electronics to interpret failure modes.
• Conducts safety checks on vehicles and equipment.
• Repairs using Factory Service Manuals.
• Maintains high standard of ethics and dependability.
