Job summary

EPM Scientific is seeking a Senior HCP Marketing Manager to lead clinician-directed marketing programs for a growing cancer diagnostics company focused on early detection and improving patient outcomes.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you will drive segmentation, messaging, and omnichannel campaigns targeting urologists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare professionals involved in prostate cancer risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of clinician-facing product marketing or product management experience.
• Experience marketing laboratory services, diagnostic products, medical devices, or healthcare services.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing healthcare provider marketing programs.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in regulated healthcare environments.
• Strong analytical, planning, and project leadership skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial marketing plans.
• Refine customer segmentation, positioning, and messaging based on market feedback.
• Analyze customer insights and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Support budget tracking and reporting for annual marketing plans.
• Lead clinician demand-generation campaigns with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate on messaging and promotional materials with Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing.
• Develop sales messaging, training programs, and field enablement resources.
• Support publication planning, evidence dissemination, and advisory boards with Medical Affairs.
