Job summary

Merck & Co. is seeking a Director of US Oncology Marketing Portfolio Strategy (Customer Engagement) to lead the digital strategy for HCP and HCC customers across oncology brands.

You will shape portfolio marketing, engagement ideas, and digital assets, reporting to an Executive Director, Portfolio Strategy. The role supports hybrid/remote work, with base location options in Philadelphia, PA or Upper Gwynedd, PA, and requires strong leadership, analytics, and collaboration across a matrix

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6+ years HCP Marketing experience, oncology preferred.
• 3+ years developing digital marketing assets including websites and interactive field resources.
• 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve the customer experience and engagement strategy across key digital assets.
• Lead strategic development for a broad Oncology portfolio across websites and digital field resources.
• Direct and influence multi-functional teams; steward agile workflows across products in Oncology BU.
• Monitor and apply digital analytics to support an Omnichannel customer experience.
• Collaborate with HCP, Science and brand leads to align portfolio strategies across indications.
