Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years in HCP marketing, oncology preferred.
• 3+ years creating digital marketing assets and websites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve customer engagement strategy across digital assets (websites, interactive field resources).
• Lead strategy across a broad oncology portfolio with multi-product assets.
• Manage agile teams and cross-functional collaboration to prioritize initiatives.
• Monitor digital analytics to support omnichannel customer experience.
• Drive campaigns and messaging to influence behavior across HCP/HCC segments.
