Job summary

PR Girl Manifesto is seeking a Director, US Oncology Marketing Portfolio Strategy (Customer Engagement) to lead digital strategy for HCP/HCC across the US Oncology portfolio. Hybrid/Remote options; based in Philadelphia area preferred (Philadelphia, PA or Upper Gwynedd, PA).

You will drive engagement, analytics and omni-channel initiatives across assets, with cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years in HCP Marketing, oncology.
• 3+ years developing digital marketing assets (websites & interactive tools).
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve customer experience and engagement strategy across digital assets (websites, digital field resources).
• Lead strategy across a broad oncology portfolio to deliver optimal engagement.
• Manage agile teams across multiple products within the Oncology BU.
• Monitor digital analytics to support an omnichannel approach to customer experience.
• Collaborate with US/global stakeholders to align on campaigns and messaging.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs; support cross-indication strategies.
