Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in pharma/biotech, including 2 years in marketing.
• Experience with hematology/oncology products preferred.
• Strong ability to develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Knowledge of legal/regulatory guidelines for pharmaceutical promotion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tactical plans aligned with brand strategy to drive uptake and meet financial targets.
• Manage multiple projects with high quality and timely delivery.
• Evaluate marketing programs and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with Oncology Nurse Educators to align priorities and exceed business targets.
• Coordinate with Legal, Regulatory, Medical, and Compliance for compliant initiatives.
• Partner with Digital, Insights, Analytics, Market Access, and Corporate Strategy teams to drive growth.
• Track and manage marketing budget for areas of responsibility.
