Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a senior-level HCM Transformation Consultant to lead complex, global HR programs across the US & EMEA market. You will partner with CHROs to redesign operating models and drive next-gen HCM systems.

Responsibilities include designing future-state HR models, leading Workday/SAP/Oracle implementations, and delivering measurable value through analytics and governance.

Qualifications

• 15–25 years of experience in HR transformation and global HCM consulting.
• Proven leadership implementing platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, UKG, ADP, and Dayforce.
• Deep knowledge of global HR processes, compliance, shared services/COE models.
• Experience in HR process harmonization and platform integration strategy.
• Hands-on with people analytics tools, predictive modeling, and workforce analytics.
• Prior consulting experience with a Big 4 or Tier-1 firm preferred.
• Certifications in major HCM platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• HCM Operating Model Design across Hire-to-Retire value chain.
• Platform implementation leadership for multiple HCM systems.
• Drive global HR process standardization across regions.
• Guide technology strategy, roadmaps, and integration architecture.
• Enable data-driven decisions with analytics and dashboards.
• Define KPIs, build business cases, track value realization.
• Engage CHROs and HR leaders; lead workshops and governance.
• Lead multi-disciplinary consulting teams; mentor talent.
• Support solutioning, RFP responses, and client relationships.
