Job summary

Value Innovation Labs Inc. is seeking an experienced HCM transformation consultant to drive end-to-end design and configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM and PeopleSoft HCM for large enterprise clients in North America.

You will lead GenAI-driven HR use cases, oversee payroll and benefits integration, and coordinate cross-functional workshops to capture detailed requirements while ensuring data governance and high data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

Extensive experience transforming HCM data during major system migrations.
Strong ability to model HR data and analytics for enterprise insights.
Experience leading HR data governance and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM and PeopleSoft HCM.
Drive Generative AI solutioning for HR use cases like intelligent case resolution and workforce insights.
Oversee integration of PeopleSoft payroll for North America with benefits administration.
Coordinate cross-functional workshops with HR, payroll, benefits and IT to capture requirements.
Ensure data governance and data quality across HCM systems for accurate analytics.
Provide hands-on support for hybrid delivery and production validation.
