Job summary
Envision Technology Solutions seeks a Senior Consultant for a hybrid role focused on complex Human Capital Management solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud, PeopleSoft HCM, payroll, benefits and workforce administration. The consultant will support conversions with defect analysis, remediation and testing readiness through conversion cycles.
The candidate will drive end-to-end design and configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM and PeopleSoft solutions for large enterprise clients, leveraging Generative AI
Qualifications
- Must have strong HCM conversion experience
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and PeopleSoft HCM
- Exposure to Generative AI implementations in HR domain
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM and PeopleSoft HCM solutions for large enterprise clients
- Drive defect analysis, remediation and testing readiness through conversion cycles
- Identify high value HR use cases and leverage Generative AI for intelligent case resolution and employee query automation
- Oversee integration of payroll and benefits modules across North America
- Coordinate cross-functional workshops with HR, payroll, benefits and IT teams
- Provide hands-on support for hybrid delivery including design walkthroughs and production validation
