CACI International Inc. is seeking a Principal Consultant (HCM Training Developer & Instructional Design) to lead the design, development, and delivery of end-user training for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across federal agencies.

This role emphasizes training content, delivery, and sustainment to maximize user adoption and operational success. The position is primarily remote with up to 10% travel and requires strong experience in instructional design, e-learning, and curriculum development for

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience; substitution allowed.
• 7+ years in instructional design, training development, or training delivery.
• 5+ years designing end-user training for enterprise software (ERP/HCM/cloud apps).
• Proficiency with e-learning tools (Storyline, Captivate) and SCORM/xAPI content standards.
• Experience designing role-based curricula with instructor-led, e-learning, and blended delivery modalities.
• Strong written communication; ability to produce professional training documentation.

• Conduct training needs analyses for agency migrations and identify required delivery modalities.
• Design role-based training curricula for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM for HR specialists, managers, and employees.
• Develop SCORM/xAPI e-learning modules and interactive content.
• Create instructor-led training materials, facilitator guides, and participant workbooks.
• Design train-the-trainer programs to enable internal trainers during the transition.
• Produce job aids and quick reference guides for key HCM transactions.
• Manage training environment setup with realistic data and scenarios.
• Develop training effectiveness assessments (pre/post checks and evaluations).
• Coordinate training logistics and track completion across deployment waves.
