Job summary

CACI is seeking a Sr. Practice/Tech Director to lead large-scale federal HCM modernization programs, migrating agencies to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.

You will oversee readiness, cutover, go-live, and hypercare across multi-site deployments while coordinating data migration, security, and training. This role is primarily remote with up to 10% travel and requires strong program leadership across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 12 years of experience; Master's preferred
• 12+ years IT project management or deployment management experience
• 8+ years ERP or HCM deployments for federal agencies
• Experience managing full deployment lifecycles: readiness, cutover, go-live, parallel runs, hypercare
• Ability to brief senior government leadership on status, risks, and decisions
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet and SAFe/Agile delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment planning and execution for agency transitions to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
• Conduct agency readiness assessments across data migration, integration, security, and training
• Develop cutover plans with sequencing, duration estimates, and go/no-go criteria
• Coordinate parallel run activities across legacy and Oracle Fusion HCM environments
• Orchestrate cross-functional deployment efforts to ensure go-live readiness
• Manage hypercare after go-live and resolve post-deployment defects
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions for agency HR teams on Oracle Fusion HCM operations
• Develop and maintain an agency deployment playbook
• Coordinate with program leadership to set deployment wave schedules and dependencies
• Track deployment metrics and ensure post-go-live stability
• Manage scope, schedule, and deliverables for agency deployments
• Lead mid-size program sub-functions or large projects with 2–5 year horizon
• Lead multiple teams and influence stakeholders beyond the project scope
