Qualifications

• 10+ years of organizational change management, training development, or stakeholder engagement for IT implementations.
• Experience applying structured OCM methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Bridges) in enterprise deployments.
• Experience developing role-based training for enterprise software, including ILT, virtual, and e-learning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute OCM strategies for agency transitions using Prosci ADKAR or equivalent.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement planning across HR offices, CIOs, unions, and end users.
• Design multi-channel communications campaigns and training curricula for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
