Rubrik is seeking a Senior Manager, HCM Systems in Palo Alto to lead HR systems strategy and roadmap in partnership with IT. You will manage a team, drive HR programs, and advance Workday HCM, AI-enabled processes, and other HR applications to support business goals.

You will own the business roadmap, coordinate with leadership, and ensure robust reporting, change management, and user readiness across HR systems and analytics.

Qualificações

• 8+ yrs HR systems experience, including 3+ yrs with Workday and any modern ATS system
• 4+ years experience in people management
• 4+ years of project management including managing multiple complex technology projects with client mgmt, requirements gathering, change mgmt, reporting, and rollout
• Solid AI experience - preferably with Claude as well as AI embedded functionality in HR systems
• Proficient using Google Sheets and Excel + Jira tools for data analysis and modeling
• Efficient at compiling lists of 100+ requests, categorizing, analyzing, and prioritizing with SLAs and a roadmap

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR systems strategy and roadmap in partnership with IT.
• Own HR technology business roadmap and align with leadership and IT; ensure Jira alignment and reporting.
• Prepare system usage and project statistics; develop new metrics and analytics for quarterly updates.
• Drive annual HR programs (Compensation, Benefits, Performance, Talent) and manage rollout.
• Collaborate with various HR and IT stakeholder groups to gather requirements and prioritize work.
