Job summary

Rubrik is expanding its People Experience & Operations team to modernize HR service delivery. As Senior Manager, HR Process Excellence, you will architect the global operating model across Employee Relations, Performance, and Separations, shaping data-driven workflows and governance.

You will drive AI-ready enhancements, align HR technology like Workday and Confluence, and partner with Legal and AI teams to balance automation with human judgment for strategic workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in HR Operations or related fields.
• Experience architecting global HR processes (Employee Relations, Performance, Separations).
• Hands-on experience with enterprise HR ecosystems (Workday, Jira Service Management, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Design and own global process frameworks for Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Separations.
• Standardize and document end-to-end workflows for HRBPs, PXO, and self-service portals.
• Lead a global Process Champions Network and monthly Change Forum.
• Partner with Legal, HR Tech, and AI teams on AI capabilities while preserving human judgment.
