Job summary

Rubrik is seeking an HCM Consultant to join the People organization in Palo Alto, CA, focusing on Workday HCM, Greenhouse, and HR data systems. The role blends strategy with hands-on project execution across IT and finance partners, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office).

The successful candidate will drive requirements, design business processes, and manage change management, training, and rollout activities while maintaining strong IT collaboration.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Information Systems, HR, or similar field.
• 7+ years HR systems experience, including Workday/Greenhouse.
• 4+ years experience managing HR technology projects.
• Strong understanding of HR COE functions and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation for the People team to assess and align business objectives with goals.
• Leverage data and metrics to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
• Document requirements using use cases, wireframes, and current/future state process maps.
• Prioritize requirements based on business need and ROI with IT collaboration.
• Lead project schedules, meetings, and status reports; manage change communications.
