Job summary

Workday is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant with Human Capital Management experience to join our Professional Services team serving mid-size to large enterprise customers across North America. You will demonstrate Workday’s HCM applications, lead pre-sales discovery, and translate customer needs into compelling demonstrations and successful deployments in partnership with the sales organization.

The role requires deep HR domain knowledge, executive communication, and a willingness to travel

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR domain experience (Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll).
• 3+ years presales or sales consulting in cloud-based HCM apps.
• Experience with AI GTM and enterprise software pre-sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical product presentations, demos, workshops, and seminars.
• Create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex solutions.
• Assist in closing sales by answering questions about our solution, services, and training.
• Contribute to qualification of opportunities, demo criteria, and POC builds.
• Support sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.
• Assist sales in RFIs.
• Participate in discovery sessions with sales to understand pain points and future state.
• Use in-depth HCM knowledge to provide technical expertise through demonstrations.
• Travel up to 40%.
