Job summary

Workday is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant with extensive Human Capital Management experience to join our Financial Services focus, serving medium and large enterprise clients. Qualifications

5+ years of extensive HR domain expertise (Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll).
3+ years of experience with cloud-based HCM applications (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
3+ years in a presales, sales consulting or implementation role.

Responsibilities

Deliver technical product presentations, demos, workshops, and seminars.
Create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex solutions.
Help close sales by addressing questions about our solutions, services, and training.
Support qualification of opportunities, demo criteria, and proof-of-concept builds.
Assist sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.
Respond to RFIs and participate in discovery sessions with sales.
Provide HCM expertise to sales and customers through presentations and demos.
Travel up to 40% of the time.
