Job summary

Workday is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant with Human Capital Management experience to join our Professional Services team. You will demonstrate the value of Workday's HCM applications to prospects and customers, partnering with the sales team to drive opportunities in the mid to large enterprise space.

You will lead interactive pre-sales sessions, deliver executive presentations, and provide HR domain expertise during the sales cycle in a highly complex environment that rewards curiosity,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of extensive human resource domain expertise (Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll, etc.).
• 3+ years of business experience with cloud-based HCM applications (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• 3+ years in a presales, sales consulting role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
• Create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex solutions.
• Assist in closing sales by showing understanding of our solution, services, and training.
• Contribute to qualification of opportunities, criteria for demonstrations, and proof of concept builds.
• Support sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.
• Assist sales in responding to RFIs.
