Job summary

Workday is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant with Human Capital Management experience to join our Professional Services team serving mid-market and large enterprise customers in North America. You will lead interactive product demonstrations, create design and implementation specifications, help close opportunities, and support sales and marketing initiatives.

Travel up to 40% is required in this role. Primary Location: USA.CA.Home Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of extensive human resource domain expertise (Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll, etc.).
• 3+ years of business experience with relevant cloud-based human capital management applications (e.g. Infor, Greenhouse, iCims, SAP, Oracle, UKG and Ceridian etc.).
• 3+ years in a presales, sales consulting role.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
• Creates detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions.
• Assist in the closure of sales opportunities by demonstrating understanding of our solution, services, and training.
• Contribute to qualification of opportunities, proposed demonstration criteria, proof of concept builds and sales closure plans.
• Support all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.
• Assist sales in responses to RFIs.
