Job summary

Workday is seeking a Solution Consultant with Human Capital Management and ERP expertise to join our Healthcare Industry team. You will demonstrate the value of Workday's cloud-based HCM solutions through pre-sales discovery, executive presentations, and product demonstrations in partnership with our sales team.

The role requires deep HR knowledge, strong presentation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of human resource ERP domain expertise.
• 3+ years of business experience with cloud-based HCM applications (e.g. Infor, UKG, Sage, SAP, Oracle, Ceridian).
• 2+ years in a presales, sales consulting AND/OR implementation role.
• 3+ years working with core HR concepts (Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Learning).
• 5+ years for Sr. role across HR topics and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops.
• Create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products.
• Assist in closing sales opportunities by addressing questions about our solution, services, and training.
• Support RFIs/RFPs responses and sales cycle qualification.
• Travel up to 50% as needed.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to showcase Workday value.
