Job summary

Workday is looking for a Senior Solution Consultant with Human Capital Management experience to join our North America Professional Services team serving medium and large enterprise clients. You will deliver technical product presentations, workshops, and demonstrations, create design specifications, and assist in closing opportunities by addressing questions about our solutions, services, and training.

Travel up to 40% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR domain expertise (Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Learning, Payroll).
• 3+ years with cloud-based HCM applications (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle).
• 3+ years in a presales, sales consulting role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
• Create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions.
• Assist in closing sales opportunities by addressing questions about our solution, services, and training.
• Contribute to qualification of opportunities, proposed demonstration criteria, and proof of concept planning.
• Support all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.
• Assist sales in the response to RFIs.
• Participate in discovery sessions with sales to understand pain points and desired future state.
• Use in-depth HCM knowledge to provide technical expertise in presentations and demos.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
