Job summary

Asure Software in Austin is seeking an HR Sales Executive to build and maintain relationships with new clients, focusing on HR Sales Consulting. You will conduct demos and discovery calls to close new business, develop referral networks, and manage a robust sales funnel to exceed quotas.

The role requires 3 years of HCM HR consulting sales, 1–3 years in quota-driven sales, and experience selling SaaS. On-site in Austin with uncapped commission and OTE potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3 years of HCM HR consulting sales experience required.
• 1–3 years in a quota-driven sales environment.
• Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven relationship building and client service skills.
• Ambitious, positive attitude, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop prospects through curated lists, self-generated opportunities, and business development sales activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers.
• Utilize and become an expert in our sales tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/outreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn Navigator.
• Manage a robust sales funnel to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services-related activities.
