Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in HCM/PEO or SaaS.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong prospecting and closing skills.
• Experience selling to executives and business owners.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities
• Execute a strategic go-to-market sales approach
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
• Analyze client needs and present tailored HR solutions
• Position PEO and ASO services to decision-makers and executives
• Quantify value and business impact for clients
• Full Sales Cycle
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing and onboarding
• Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings
• Deliver presentations to C-level stakeholders and business owners
• Build referral channels through brokers and strategic partners
• Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business
• Partner with internal teams to support deal strategy and client onboarding
• Ensure a seamless transition from sale to implementation
• Represent the organization professionally within the local business community
