Senior HCM Program Lead | Payroll & Integrations

Job summary

RingCentral is seeking an experienced HCM Program Manager to own delivery of Human Capital Management initiatives, from new module rollouts to upgrades, integrations, and process improvements. This is a senior individual contributor role with hands-on ownership, ensuring adoption and continuous improvement across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and our HCM vendor.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, build integrated plans across workstreams, and lead testing, data migration, and change management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of HCM initiatives, including module implementations (Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting).
• Build and maintain integrated plans across related workstreams with timelines, dependencies, risks, and budget.
• Run the operating rhythm: status reporting, working sessions, and steering committee updates for HR, Finance, and IT leadership.
• Gather requirements from HR, Payroll, and business partners and translate them into clear scope and configuration needs.
• Partner with HCM vendor and implementation partner to ensure scope and SOW commitments.
• Coordinate integrations with ERP/GL, benefits carriers, LMS, ATS, and identity management.
• Own testing and data migration execution (end-to-end, parallel payroll, UAT).
• Lead change management, training, and communications to drive adoption.
• Plan cutovers and go-lives, manage hypercare and transition to ongoing support.
• Surface risks early and contribute to HCM roadmap post-launch.
