Job summary

Workday seeks a Senior Technical Consultant in Professional Services to lead integration workstreams for complex deployments. You will partner with customers, functional consultants, and vendors to discover requirements, design scalable solutions, build, test, and deploy integrations while managing risks and delivery quality.

This role blends hands-on delivery with technical leadership, translating HCM and Financial requirements into scalable solutions and guiding customers on integration

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and delivering enterprise integrations for ERP, HCM, Financials, payroll, or related cloud apps.
• 5+ years of customer-facing consulting or Professional Services experience.
• Experience leading an integration workstream deployment lifecycle through discovery, design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Experience with web services, APIs, XML or JSON, data transformation, secure file exchange, and integration security.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and go-live support activities.
• Own integration scope, plans, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and quality.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable integration solutions.
• Apply AI and automation capabilities where they provide a clear, secure improvement over traditional approaches.
• Guide customers through technical decisions and integration strategy.
• Mentor consultants and promote technical standards and best practices.
• Maintain relevant product expertise and Workday certifications.
