Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program/Project Manager to lead the implementation of an HCM system, including payroll services. This role will manage all phases of the project lifecycle and collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver within scope, timeline, and budget.

Experience with Dayforce, Oracle Cloud, Workday or SAP SuccessFactors and proven leadership in large-scale integrations is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, CS, IS, engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience implementing HCM solutions with large-scale integrations.
• Knowledge of HCM platforms and integration technologies; enterprise systems.
• Experience leading complex, enterprise-level projects with integration focus.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in matrix IT environments and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of HCM systems with payroll.
• Partner with stakeholders, IT, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop business case, cost analysis, and measurable outcomes.
• Allocate resources and develop detailed project plans.
• Coordinate internal and external vendors for seamless execution.
• Prepare executive-level progress reports for steering committee.
• Monitor project performance using PMO-aligned tools.
• Apply risk management to mitigate issues; escalate when needed.
• Maintain vendor relationships throughout project lifecycle.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation per PMO standards.
