RingCentral in Belmont, California seeks an experienced HCM Program Manager to own end-to-end HCM initiatives, from payroll and timekeeping to benefits and recruiting. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and vendors to ensure successful adoption and ongoing optimization.

You will drive requirements, manage cross-functional workstreams, oversee testing and data migration, and guide change management for smooth go-lives.

Formación

• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering at least one full-cycle HCM implementation on a major platform.
• Experience with core HR processes: hire-to-retire, payroll, time & attendance, benefits, compensation.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end delivery of HCM initiatives (Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Talent, Recruiting).
• Build and maintain integrated plans across related workstreams with timelines, dependencies, risks, and budget.
• Lead status reporting, working sessions, and steering committee updates for HR, Finance, and IT leadership.
• Translate requirements from HR/Payroll/business partners into scope, configuration needs, and success criteria.
• Coordinate with HCM vendor and implementation partner on scope and SOW commitments; manage testing and data migration.
• Plan cutovers and go-lives, manage hypercare and transition to ongoing support.
