Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant with Human Capital Management and ERP expertise to join our Technology and Media Industry focused team in the United States. You will demonstrate the value of Workday solutions to prospects and customers through pre-sales discovery and deep HR product knowledge.

You will partner with our sales team to deliver executive-level presentations and HR product demonstrations, shaping customer success in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working with core Human Resource concepts (HR, benefits, talent management, compensation, payroll, time, reporting & analytics).
• 5+ years of HR experience within Technology and Media industry.
• 5+ years working in a solution consulting and/or implementation role.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales discovery meetings and demonstrate Workday HR product value.
• Provide HR expertise and executive-level presentations and demos in partnership with the sales team.
• Navigate a fast-paced, highly complex environment with curiosity, flexibility and drive.
