Workday is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant with Human Capital Management & ERP expertise to join our North America Solution Consulting team. You will demonstrate the value of Workday's applications to prospects and customers, and work closely with sales to guide pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working with core HR concepts (HR, benefits, talent management, payroll, time, reporting & analytics) plus organizational agility and employee experience.
• 5+ years in Human Resources within the Technology and Media Industry.
• 5+ years in a solution consulting or implementation role.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the value of Workday HCM & ERP solutions to prospects and customers.
• Lead interactive pre-sales discovery meetings and leverage HR knowledge to present solutions.
• Partner with sales to deliver HR product demonstrations and executive presentations to C-Level and CHRO audiences.
