Job summary

Workday, Inc. is seeking a Solution Consultant with Financial Management & ERP expertise to join the North America team. You will demonstrate Workday Financials to prospects and customers, partner with sales, and deliver detailed product demonstrations and workshops.

You will leverage deep accounting knowledge and ERP experience to address customer needs, support qualification, and help close opportunities while traveling up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of extensive financial domain expertise.
• 4+ years of business experience with cloud-based financial management applications.
• 2+ years in a pre-sales, sales consulting, OR implementation role.
• 2+ years working with core accounting concepts (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Cash Management).

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical product presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and seminars.
• Solve complex business challenges using the Workday application suite.
• Assist in closing sales opportunities by demonstrating solution understanding.
• Contribute to qualification of prospects, criteria, and proof of concept builds.
• Support sales, marketing, technical, and channel objectives.
• Assist in RFIs responses alongside sales.
• Participate in discovery sessions to identify pain points and future state.
• Provide ERP-product knowledge to sales and customers through demonstrations.
• Travel up to 50%.
