Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a Senior HCM Analyst to lead HR data migration projects, coordinate integrations, and transform complex HR data into actionable insights. You will bridge technical execution with strategic storytelling, ensuring HR stakeholders understand the narrative behind the numbers.

You will design data migration strategies, build dashboards, and collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to meet data needs, governance, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR analytics, HRIS, or HR systems implementation.
• Proven experience leading data migration projects (HRIS, payroll, or benefits systems).
• Strong knowledge of HR data structures and employee lifecycle data.
• Understanding of system integration concepts and data flows.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and SQL knowledge.
• Experience with data transformation and quality management.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR data migration projects from legacy systems to modern HRIS platforms.
• Design data migration strategies with data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
• Coordinate integration solutions between HR systems (HRIS, payroll, benefits, learning platforms).
• Partner with technical teams to implement automated data flows.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance throughout migration processes.
• Validate data quality and reconcile discrepancies across systems.
• Synthesize complex data from multiple HR sources into cohesive narratives.
• Translate HR metrics into business insights for executive leadership.
• Build visualizations and dashboards that tell the employee story.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in workforce data.
• Present findings with clear recommendations to HR and business leaders.
• Develop executive summaries that simplify complex data landscapes.
• Design and maintain HR dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Analyze workforce metrics (turnover, retention, engagement, diversity).
• Create models for workforce planning and talent analytics.
• Monitor data quality and establish data governance practices.
• Build self-service reporting capabilities for HR teams.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to understand data needs.
• Gather requirements for integration and migration projects.
• Train HR teams on new systems and reporting tools.
• Document data workflows, processes, and business rules.
